Our Dark Roast coffee is roasted for longer, producing a slightly stronger and richer coffee. So what does that really mean? Due to the increased roasting time it leaves the coffee bean darker in colour and often with an oily surface, this resulting in a lower acidity, yet heavier body. The result; a deeper, darker and more intense flavour.
Our Dark Roast really lends itself to pairing with chocolate-y, nutty, and caramel flavours.
